1. First, make sure you are logged in as an Admin. Only Admins can invite additional users.
2. Next, click on the “Admin” tab from the main navigation and open the “Manage Workers” screen.
3. You should now see a list of Employees and Vendors on the “Manage Workers” screen. If you do not, you'll need to sync your Employees and Vendors with your QuickBooks account before you can continue.
4. Next, enter in the Worker’s email address and click the “Invite” button. This will automatically send an email invite to the email addresses specified.
After clicking the “Invite” button, you will see the confirmation message, “Invited Successfully." This confirmation indicates that your email invite was successfully sent to the intended recipient.
Note: Only workers listed on the “Manage Workers” screen can make time entries into eBillity. If you’d like to see the status of a pending invite click “Settings” in the upper right corner and click “Manage Workers”. Under the column header “last login” you can see if the invite was accepted or it it’s still pending.
Workers will need to have their email addresses entered on this page in order to enter time into the system.
