Workers can only view reports for their own activity, unless set otherwise.
So on the “Reports” screen under the “Dashboard” tab, Workers can view these reports:
- Worker Reports
- Customer Entry Reports
Both reports are similar but provide different ways to view time entries.
“Worker Reports” allow the Worker to view only their time entries by customer.
Customer time entries can be filtered by “service item type” and “status.” Workers would use this report to see their time entries related specific to a customer and service items as seen in example below.
“Customer Entry Reports” allow the Worker to view all time entries submitted for a specific customer.
Worker Reports entries can't be filtered by “service item type”. Workers would use this report to see their time entries, plus time entries from fellow Workers that are connected to a specific customer.
