When you open the Virtual Assistant, you will be given a selection of buttons showing the actions available to you. When you click one of the action buttons, the Virtual Assistant will begin prompting you to enter any necessary information. Below are some examples of how you can interact with the Virtual Assistant to make a time entry, clock in, clock out, etc.
Make a Time Entry
When you want to make a time entry, the Virtual Assistant will prompt you to also enter any required information. You can also see any optional fields available to you by clicking the "here" link.
Once you enter your information, the Virtual Assistant will give you a confirmation message. When you're satisfied with your entry, it will be recorded, and the Virtual Assistant will ask what you want to do next.
When you want to Clock In, you'll be asked if you want to enter any additional info. If you don't, you'll immediately be clocked in. You are also able to enter a Client, Activity, or other details. You will receive a confirmation message and the opportunity to open your time card to make any edits.
When you're ready to Clock Out, just click the button and you will receive an immediate confirmation message. Again, you'll have the opportunity to open your time card to make any edits.
Take a Break
When you're ready to take a break, you'll be asked which break you're taking. If you already know the break name, you can enter the name yourself. If not, click the list icon and a searchable list of all available breaks will come up. When you're break is over, just click the "End Break" button.
The Virtual Assistant will prompt you to enter any required information. But, there are other fields that may be available to you. Below is a list of different entities the Virtual Assistant will understand.
