Creating Time Entries
- Hover your mouse over the Create tab and select Time Entry.
- Fill out the customer details.
- Fill out the Billable status.
- Save the Entry.
Creating Expense Entries
- Hover your mouse over the Create tab and select Expense Entry.
- Select Customer, and select Service Item from drop down bar.
- Write description of service provided.
- Fill out cost and quantity provided to charge the customer.
Generating Invoices
- Hover your mouse over the Create tab and select Invoice.
- Select Customer, Payment Terms, and Description.
- Use Split Billing when needed to designate the payment percentages to the customers.
