The offline Desktop Widget is finished and can now be downloaded here for both eBillity Premium and Time Tracker http://www.ebillity.com/time-billing-software/features/desktop-widget.
This widget allows you to make time entries when you are not connected to the Internet. When you reconnect, your entries will automatically sync to your online account.
