Recommended
Turning a Permission Back On
If you tapped Don't Allow by mistake, change it in your phone's own Settings app:
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings, find the Time Tracker app, and turn the permission on.
- Android: open Settings > Apps > Time Tracker, then Permissions.
Common Problems
- Your clock-in location isn’t being recorded. Location is off for the app. Turn it on as above. See Mobile: GPS Tracking.
- Attach Receipt doesn’t open the camera. Camera permission is off. See Mobile: Attaching a Receipt Photo.
- You’re not getting reminders. Allow notifications for the app in your phone's Settings.
