Mobile: Downloading and Installing the App

Get Time Tracker (or LawBillity) on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device

Applies to: Workforce · Premium · LawBillity · Billing (mobile app)

Install the app from your phone's app store, then sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. If your firm uses LawBillity, install the LawBillity app instead.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the App Store and search for Time Tracker by eBillity.
  2. Tap Get.
  3. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if asked.
  4. When it's installed, tap Open.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store and search for eBillity Time Tracker.
  2. Tap Install.
  3. When it's installed, tap Open.

LawBillity

LawBillity has its own listing in the App Store and Google Play. Search for LawBillity, install it, and sign in. It works the same way as Time Tracker, so these mobile articles apply to it too.

Common Problems

  • The app won’t install or some features don’t work. Check your phone's software. The app needs iOS 15 or later, or Android 10 or later.
  • You installed Time Tracker but your firm uses LawBillity. Install the LawBillity app and sign in there.
  • You’re installed and ready. Next, see Mobile: Logging In.
