Using Copy Last Timesheet
Start this week with last week's rows so you only fill in the hours
Applies to: Workforce · Premium · LawBillity
If you work for the same clients and projects most weeks, you don't need to rebuild your timesheet every Monday. Copy Last Timesheet brings in last week's rows, so you only update the hours.

Common Problems
- Your hours are last week’s, not this week’s. Include Time copies last week's hours as a starting point. Change them to what you actually worked before you submit.
- Descriptions don’t match this week’s work. Update them, especially on billable rows, since clients see them on invoices. To type them faster, see Typing Descriptions Faster with Auto Text.
- You get a warning on a copied row. A billable row needs both a client-project and an activity. Fill in both, or untick Bill. See How to Enter Time on the Weekly Timesheet.
