Using Zapier with Time Tracker
Connect Time Tracker to thousands of other apps with Zapier's timer triggers and actions
Applies to: Workforce · Premium
Use Zapier to start or stop timers from other apps, or to send timer activity to the tools your team already uses, with no coding. You build automations called Zaps: when something happens in one app (the trigger), Zapier does something in another (the action). In Zapier, Time Tracker's triggers and actions are all about timers.
Connecting Time Tracker to Zapier
- Sign in to Zapier, or create a free account.
- Create a Zap and search for Time Tracker (Zapier lists it as "Time Tracker by eBillity") as the trigger or action app.
- When asked, sign in with your Time Tracker email and password to connect your account.
- Choose a trigger or action from the lists below, finish the Zap, test it, and turn it on.
You can also connect your account first from Zapier's connected-accounts page and use it in any Zap later.

Tips
- Your Zapier plan decides how many Zaps and tasks you can run.
- Test each Zap once and check the result in Time Tracker before relying on it.
- Zapier works alongside your accounting integration. It doesn't replace it. See Integrations Overview: Which Ones Work Together and How They Connect.
