Using the My Account tab as a Time Tracker administrator – eBillity Help Center

The My Account page allows you to edit both your personal information and the information of your firm.

This article covers the four sections of the My Account page:

My Information
My Contact
My Address
Account Settings

To reach the My Account page, click on your account name on the top right of your screen to open up a drop-down menu. From here you should see the My Account tab.

The My Information subsection allows you to choose whether or not your current worker status is active. It also allows you to edit your name and gives you the option to display your signature in your weekly report.

The My Contact subsection allows you to enter your contact information. From here you can enter your Home, Office, Mobile, and Fax numbers as well as any additional comments.

The My Address subsection allows you to enter your firm's address as well as your time zone and date format. Your time zone and date format will be preset automatically. If you wish to change either of them, you must click on either the "Override firm time zone" or the "Override date format" checkboxes.

The fourth and final subsection is the Account Settings subsection. Here you can select your language of preference.

After you have finished editing the My Account page, you must click the "save" button in order to have your information stored.
