My invoice doesn't look right when I print it. The bottom gets cut off.

If you are using the Firefox web browser to view your eBillity account, you may have an issue with your invoice printing correctly. This is because of a Firefox setting. Within the "Print" Menu, you must check/select the option to "Ignore Scaling and Shrink to Fit Page." See below.

Also, if you would like to remove the header or footer from your printed invoice, select "Blank" in the drop down menus for "Page Headers" and "Page Footers."
