Installing Mobile & Desktop Apps
Get Time Tracker on your phone, tablet, computer, browser, or Outlook
Applies to: Workforce · Premium · LawBillity
The web app at secure.ebillity.com does everything, so the apps are optional. Install one if you want to start a timer from your phone, log time right after a meeting, or track time without opening your browser.

Installing an App
- Open the download link for your device below. You'll also find these links in Time Tracker under More > Apps & Downloads.
- Install the app.
- Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.
- iOS (iPhone & iPad)
- Android (Google Play)
- Amazon Fire tablets
- Windows 10 desktop app
- Chrome browser extension
- Outlook 365 add-in
- Outlook desktop add-in
The apps sync with the web app automatically. Time you log on your phone shows on your web timesheet, and the other way around.
Common Problems
- You can’t sign in to the app. Use the same login as on the web. If you sign in to the web with Google or Microsoft, use that button in the app too. If it still fails, your admin may have turned off mobile login for you (Mobile App Login in Admin > Settings > Timer Settings). See Mobile: Logging In.
- The app won’t let you enter time until you turn on location. Your admin has set geolocation to Required for you. Turn on location services for the app.
- Time from your phone isn’t on your web timesheet. See Mobile: How Syncing Works.
- The Outlook add-in doesn’t appear. Restart Outlook. Some companies need their IT admin to approve add-ins. See Outlook Add-in for Time Tracking.
